This feature is designed to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others around you. Enjoy peace of mind while on the water, knowing that our advanced system helps prevent collisions. You do not need a boating license to rent with us. The minimum age for operating a jet ski is 12, and this must be with supervision.  We always consider the possibilities based on the situation. For your safety, we provide a clear briefing in advance regarding the rules and how to operate the vehicle. During this briefing, we will thoroughly explain how the vehicle works and where you are allowed to ride freely.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, making it difficult to keep your booking. We always take a customer-focused approach and will work with you to find a solution! However, it’s important to carefully read our terms and conditions, as well as our contract, to be fully informed. For any reservation that you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up but a reservation was made, the rental cost plus a 500 AED no-show fee will be charged and must be paid by you. In case of an emergency, we will always try to find a solution.
